Use Your Own Judgment

DaDa Play helps people discover travel ideas and communicate with other users, but users decide for themselves whether to meet, travel, or participate in any activity. Trust your instincts, verify details independently, and do not rely on any profile, review, score, badge, or message as a guarantee of safety.

Before Meeting or Traveling

  • Meet in public places first and avoid isolated locations with someone you do not know well.
  • Tell a trusted friend or family member where you are going, who you are meeting, and when you expect to return.
  • Arrange your own transportation and lodging until you are comfortable with the people involved.
  • Keep control of your passport, wallet, phone, payment cards, medications, and travel documents.
  • Do not send money, gift cards, cryptocurrency, bank details, verification codes, or sensitive documents to another user.
  • Video chat or otherwise verify practical details before committing to a trip or meetup.
  • Be cautious about alcohol, drugs, or any situation that could impair your judgment or ability to leave.

Prohibited Conduct

The Service does not allow harassment, threats, stalking, doxxing, fraud, exploitation, commercial sexual activity, trafficking, solicitation of minors, or persistent unwanted contact. Do not use DaDa Play to arrange illegal or unsafe activity.

Reporting and Blocking

Use in-app Safety controls to report objectionable content, report a profile, or block a user. Blocking can remove that user's content from your feed and restrict future interactions such as messaging, reviews, and join requests.

You can also contact us at support@kaiyunllc.com. If there is an immediate threat or emergency, contact local law enforcement or emergency services first.

Background and Identity Checks

Unless we explicitly say otherwise for a specific feature, DaDa Play does not conduct criminal background checks, identity verification, sex offender registry screening, or travel safety screening on users. Any safety, verification, or reputation feature we provide is limited and should not replace your own due diligence.

California users may consult public resources such as the California Department of Justice Megan's Law website for information about registered sex offenders. Public registry information may be incomplete, limited by law, or subject to restrictions on use, so review the official resource carefully.

If Something Goes Wrong

  • Move to a safe public place if possible.
  • Call local emergency services if you are in danger.
  • Preserve relevant messages, screenshots, usernames, dates, and trip details.
  • Report the user or content in DaDa Play so we can review and take appropriate action.
